Hospital Waiting Time Analysis Dashboard

With the help of power query and DAX functions, I have

managed to clean the data and create useful measures to

get some useful insights about Hospital wait time such as:

⁃ How many patients are coming per hour every day?

⁃ Average wait minutes per hour every day.

- Average of consulting and processing period.

- Average wait minutes and count patients by hours.

- Average of consulting period by Doctor type.

- Count of patients by financial.

Based on these insights, here are some decisions that can

help the Hospital to decrease waiting time:

⁃ Should increase Doctors from 8 am:10 am especially Anchor's doctors.

⁃ prefer to increase Doctors on Monday.

⁃ Attention that the HMO class is 12% so we could make offers to this financial class to increase our segments.
