With the help of power query and DAX functions, I have
managed to clean the data and create useful measures to
get some useful insights about IBM HR Analytics Employee attrition and performance.
I noticed that many factors affect attrition rates, Like average salary, overtime, work environment, and frequent travel employees are most likely to quit.
So, I recommend increasing the salary, especially for the top 3 job roles, decreasing the overtime hours and improving the work environment, and finally, providing free transportation for employees.
