Hotel slabs are two way P.T slabs Except 2 Mezz floor are flat slab.

The Mall part is consisting of 2 basement , ground ,

2 stories cinema , mechanical floor&pool deck open to sky.

The area of the mall is 2655 m2

Mall slabs are Hollow core slabs & flat slab.
