HR Report/Dashboard Using Power BI

In this project I get the data from csv file I created HR using a report/dashboard with very dirty and rough data we got in CSV, Power Query helped me to make the data clean and easy to use for analysis In this dashboard, I have 1,470 employees. The number of males is 882, at a rate of 60%, and the number of women is 588, at a rate of 40%. After that, I divided People who work in the company, some people deserve promotion and some people was should retrenchment, this type of the people can be dispensed with better for the company. And then I divide employees according to the department in which they work. The majority of employees were very close to the company. I had display of the number of years of service. I will find that there are people who work in the company for 40 years. And another analyses Explained through dashboard.
