●As a full-time customer care agent using system Zen Desk, I learned how to effectively communicate with customers through written communication,documenting their needs effectively.

●I developed critical thinking skills in order to troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

●I became proficient at navigating and utilizing different software systems and programs to assist with customer requests and inquiries.

●Working with Zen Desk also allowed me to improve my time management and multitasking abilities, as I was responsible for handling multiple customer interactions at once while ensuring each received necessary attention.
