Project Overview: This Power BI dashboard is a comprehensive performance tracker designed to monitor and visualize key business metrics, providing real-time insights into sales performance, budget adherence, and growth trends. The dashboard enables decision-makers to understand year-to-date (YTD) sales, identify growth patterns, and track performance across multiple cities.

Objectives:

Compare year-over-year sales performance.

Track budget vs. actual sales for the year.

Highlight category and segment growth.

Provide city-wise sales breakdown for targeted analysis.

Key Features:

Sales Comparison: Visualization of YTD sales for 2022 and 2023, providing insights into growth trends and overall performance improvement.

Budget Tracking: Comparison of actual sales against the budget target for 2023.

Growth Analytics: Total category growth (21.4%) and segment growth (17.6%) are highlighted with clear visuals, helping to identify high-performing segments.

City-wise Analysis: Bar charts showing detailed sales figures for major cities like New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and more, helping pinpoint regional trends.

Interactive Visuals: Users can interact with the dashboard to filter data and dive deeper into specific metrics, improving the decision-making process.

Key Learnings: This project allowed me to refine my data storytelling skills, ensuring that complex data sets were transformed into clear, actionable insights.
