I have participated in the Development of Quality Management System at the University College of Applied Sciences.
During this project, I have developed more than 10 work procedure for different departments at the University College of Applied Sciences; including but not limited to: Student Affairs, Central Library, Student Affairs, Procurement, Engineering Office, Admission and Registration, ..."
Upon closing the project, the University College of Applied Sciences got the ISO 9001 - 2008 certificate.
