Project Title: Employee Dataset

Project Goal: The goal of this project was to identify the company's turnover rate, clean the data, and identify the number of employees, gender, race, and performance metrics for each year.

Data Analysis Tools: SQL Server, Power BI, Excel, Power Query

Key Findings:

•The chart shows that there are currently 1,553 employees and 1,447 former employees, of which 450 were employed part-time.

•It also shows that the average annual rating is approximately 3 out of 5, and that active employees are the highest in the company.

•The turnover rate was relatively stable after 2018 until it decreased significantly in 2023 from previous years.

•We found that the average rating for all departments in all years is very close.

•The type of termination is also very close, but we found that the types of "Involuntary" and "Resignation" are the most common, which may indicate a problem with the hiring process and employee engagement.

Conclusion:

This project was a valuable exercise in data analysis and data cleaning. The findings provide insights into the company's workforce and suggest areas for improvement.

ابرز النقاط في البيانات : -

•يوضح الرسم ان عدد الموظفين الحاليين (1553) وان عدد الموظفين الذين انتهت خدمتهم (1447) منهم (450) تم توظيفة دوام جزئي .

•ويوضح أيضا ان متوسط التقييم السنوي تقريا (3) من (5) وان الموظفين النشطين هم الأعلى في الشركة .

•وكان تقريبا معدل الدوارن في حالة ثبات من بعد 2018 حتي انخفض بنسبة كبيرة في 2023 من السنوات التي قبلة .

•وجدنا ان متوسط التقييم لجميع الاقسام في جميع السنوات متقارب جدا.

•وان نوع الانهاء تقريبا متقارب جدا ولاكن وجدنا ان نوعي وهنا

( Involuntary _ Resignation ) هما الأكثر شهرة وهنا قد يكون خللا في هيئة التوظيف و مشكلة العمل .
