Automobile Customer Request Form – HTML, CSS & JavaScript

This is an interactive automobile customer request form developed using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

The form is divided into multiple sections including Personal Information, Vehicle Details, and Request Details.

JavaScript validates required fields, highlights errors, shows a loading state, and simulates form submission.

The UI features modern glassmorphism style, smooth animations, and full responsiveness across devices.

The project demonstrates my ability to build structured forms with interactive client-side logic.
