Operation supervisor

- Responsible for day-to-day delivery operations

- Interact with the 3pl center in answering the questions and resolving issues

- Daily live tracking couriers to maintain sufficient service to the consumer

- Ensure a smooth operation by coordinating communications with customers, vendors and other internal support teams

- Manage inventory, inventory health, item-level forecasting and assortment planning

- Managing and oversee receiving, handling stock, picking and packing activities within the warehouse
