- Restructuring Data Management Department.

- Build the data management department documentation: Data Manual, Service Level Agreement (SLA), CRM Document, and Data Operation Document.

- Monitoring & insights Turkeyana Clinic by using Google Data Studio & Zoho Analytics according to the KPIs & SLA

- Build dashboards & reports for the whole company on the different levels of management.

- Ensure the data management team member do the daily tasks.

- Create the CRM training material and deliver the training to the staff.
