Real Estate Dashboard

One of the projects that I have created for my portfolio is a Real Estate Dashboard website. This website showcases various properties and their statistics in an interactive and user-friendly way. I used front end technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript to build the website. I also used React framework to create reusable components and manage the state of the application. For the design, I used Material-UI library which provides a set of ready-made components that follow the Material Design guidelines. I used JSON data to store and retrieve the information about the properties and their features. I also used Framer Motion library to add animations and transitions to the website, such as sliding, fading and scaling effects. The website is fully responsive and adapts to different screen sizes and devices. One of the main features of the website is the interactive charts that display the dashboard of the real estate market. The charts show various metrics such as average price, number of sales, price range and market share of different types of properties. The charts are dynamic and update according to the user's selection of filters and categories. The charts are built using Chart.js library which allows creating beautiful and customizable charts with ease.
