QrGenerator API and Frontend

This is a C# ASP.NET Core 6 API that takes in two parameters, data and filePath, and generates a QR code image file using the "QRCoder.Core" library. It then sends the generated QR code image file back as a response to the user of the API.

the frontend is simple and is intended to demonstrate this api

if you face any problems with the QR code not generating , make sure the URL in this line in the script.js file is set to the correct API Url
