-Reporting Quality Management Reports to senior management:
o Customer service quality reports
o Delayed response reports
o System test reports
-Submit detailed reports to senior management on the performance of the customer service staff,
satisfaction’s level of the customers, results of quality audits, corrective actions, including the need for improvement.
- Ensure all services consistently meet and pass set quality standards.
-Monitoring services and quality processes and troubleshooting issues.
