•Identifying and solving the problems where should be solved immediately.
•Lead the solving of customer’s issues and address their requirements in a combination of business scan, demo challenge and proof of concept.
•Sell, help and run unsuccessful projects to retain profits and customer loyalty.
•Master and utilize the client needs.
•Setting, creating and organizing a specific Standard Operating Procedures ( SOP’s) of each project,
•Creating a checklist for daily routine duties.
•Creating consistency in how processes and tasks are performed with a step- by- step procedures that are easy for employees to be followed and greatly reduce the chances of mistakes.
•Working on P&L and increasing the margins.
•Creating a seasonal calendar, events, bundles, branding and pricing strategies.
•Budgeting and inventory controls.
•Coaching and leading the sale associates to create a team work and stay motivated where they can focus on the customer service and their performance.
