Provides support and guidance to management, and other staff when complex, specialized,
and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute
routine tasks in delicate circumstances such, as investigating allegations of wrongdoing,
and terminations. Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment,
interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants collaborates with departmental
managers to gather MP required & understands skills and competencies required
for openings. Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis,
career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base
and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains talents.
Assists supervisors and managers in resolving personnel problems; provides advice and
counseling on a wide-range of human resources subjects. Assists employees in resolving
work-related problems. Administers personnel policies and procedures, and recommends
updates or additions to direct manager.
