Responsibilities & Duties: -Monitoring and managing Tulipe's social media accounts.
-Promoting marketing campaigns to endorse Tulipe products on social media platforms. -Posting, sharing and engaging in new content daily that encourages followers to communicate.
-Provide customer support by ensuring proper
communication with followers, response to queries,
comments and messages in a timely manner and
monitor customer reviews.
-Improving our customers' experience and increasing the number of followers, engagement and traffic.
