High-Rise building

This Skyscraper is a reinforced concrete (RC) building with total height 146.3 m (40 stories) that was designed .The developed 3D model and cross-section elevation . The main system resisting the lateral loads is building frame system and RC bracing. The transfer slab is located at tenth floor level which equal 27% of the building total height. The thickness of RC transfer slab is 2000 mm
