The project was completed in the following steps :

After getting the data and understanding what is required through metadata.

I asked some important questions related to SMART technique.

The data has been cleaned to be valid for analysis by cleaning it from the following:

1) Errors

2) Null values

3) Inconsistency

4) Duplicated values

5) Outliers

Then I analyzed the data and answered the questions using Pivot tables in Excel.

Finally, I designed an interactive dashboard based on design thinking.
