2. Performing management, construction, and consultation.

3. Coordinating with the main director and all various stakeholders as active communications to meet all objectives of the project.

4. Prepare engineering reports and technical studies such as design memos and feasibility studies.

5. Supervise various teams assigned for all project related assignments and activities according to project specification.

6. Monitor the all risks that threaten the project such as bad weather and emergencies that may cause delays of project and put the response plan for confront them.

7. Determine project structure and labor requirements and assign tasks.

8. Monitor and evaluate contractors and report feedback to management for necessary decision

9. Resolve impediments and conflicts between any sides.

10. Design of roadways in accordance with AASHTO specifications using AutoCAD Civil 3D and design of rigid and flexible pavement.

11. Perform all structural quantities survey (BOQ).
