I own a tourism business in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, and I'm looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to work with me on a long-term basis.

My goal is to attract tourists from different countries, including Russia, Italy, the UK, Germany, Poland, and other European markets.

I'm looking for someone who can:

- Manage and improve my website.

- Develop and execute a complete digital marketing strategy.

- Handle SEO and improve search engine rankings.

- Create and manage advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms).

- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.

- Track performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize campaigns to increase bookings.

This is not a one-time project. I want to build a long-term partnership with someone who is proactive, creative, data-driven, and genuinely interested in growing the business together.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in digital marketing.

- Experience with tourism, travel, or hospitality is a strong advantage.

- Strong portfolio and real case studies.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and suggest new ideas.

Budget:

Starting at approximately $300/month, with the possibility of increasing the budget and offering performance-based bonuses as the business grows.
