Job Title: Odoo and React Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Odoo and React Developer to join our team. As an Odoo and React Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Odoo ERP solutions and React-based web applications to meet our business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software products.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom Odoo modules and applications to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

Customize and extend existing Odoo modules as per project requirements.

Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js and other modern web technologies.

Integrate Odoo ERP with third-party systems, APIs, and services.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and propose technical solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure software quality and reliability.

Optimize application performance and scalability for maximum speed and responsiveness.

Stay updated with the latest Odoo and React.js developments, trends, and technologies.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Maintain documentation related to system architecture, design, and development processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as an Odoo developer, with strong knowledge of Odoo framework, ORM, and development best practices.

Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and Web Services integration.

Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Experience with other front-end frameworks/libraries like Angular or Vue.js is a plus.

Knowledge of Python programming language is an advantage.
