We are in search of a skilled WordPress Website Designer to create an engaging and functional portfolio website for a freelancer. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of modern design principles, WordPress development, and be able to translate the client's vision into a visually stunning and user-friendly online portfolio.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Professional Modern Design:**

- Craft a visually appealing and modern design tailored for a freelancer portfolio.

- Placeholder sections for content to be added later.

2. **Logo Integration:**

- Seamlessly integrate the provided logo into the WordPress theme.

- Specify logo size requirements.

3. **Services Page:**

- Develop a Services page featuring a list of offered services.

- Include an engaging representation of how the freelancer approaches work.

4. **Client and Contracts Page:**

- Design a dedicated page for showcasing clients and past contracts.

- Ensure easy navigation and redirection from the Home page.

5. **Freelance Profiles and URLs:**

- Create a catchy section on the Home page for displaying freelance profiles.

- Include URLs for Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn, Answers Community Technical Advisor, and Microsoft Tech-Community Volunteering.

6. **Contact Form:**

- Implement a simplified and user-friendly contact form at the end of the Home page.

7. **IT Solutions and Industry Pages:**

- Freeze the header and menu for consistency.

- Create an Industries page linked from the menu.

- Highlight IT solutions in the Thai language.

8. **Blog Categorization:**

- Organize the Blog page into categories for easy navigation.

9. **Community Page:**

- Integrate a Q&A template under the Community page.

- Create an attractive Contact Us button.

10. **Buttons and Icons:**

- Design buttons similar to the provided example.

- Develop a drop-down page under About Us for customer reviews.
