لدي لائحة من الleads موجودة على Hubspot و لدي حساب على Maqsam للاتصالات.

أريد التالي:

When the agent puts his status as available, the Maqsam campaign starts running.

The campaign will add the leads based on the contact tag from Hubspot.

If on Hubspot the contact tag changes to “meeting” or if the lead status changes to “unqualified”, it will be automatically excluded from the Maqsam campaign.

If the agent puts the lead as a call later, we will call him after 7 days.

If the lead didn’t respond we will call him after 2 hours and then after 2 hours.

If the lead doesn’t respond after 3 attempts, it will be delayed to call him after 3 days.

I need to have access to add or remove the agents of the Maqsam campaign.

I need to have access to add or remove the contact tags on the Maqsam campaign.

When Maqsam call the lead, the lead page on Hubspot open on the browser.
