chrome extension to switch between network adapter

I am looking for a Chrome extension developer to create a chrome extension that allows users(google chrome profile) to switch between network adapters on Windows.

Functionality:

- The extension should provide a list of available network adapters for manual selection for each google chrome profile

- It should not automatically switch between network adapters based on certain conditions.
