Matlab- coding to perform Fuzzy Commitment

I need help to code a fuzzy commitment for fingerprint using Matlab. I will attach schematic figure, which is basically showing the use of fuzzy commitment for fingerprint. There will be need to use embedding algorithm to transform fingerprint minutiae to binary strings.
