We are looking to develop a website/mobile system (solution) for teachers and students,

to do scheduling + accountant sheet and more , but in the way we want it.

we do not want the ones that are ready on the market because they are not matching our needs.

Me personally have already done more than 20 mobile and website developments deals with other developers, so please make your offer clear and your honestly clearer, in terms of "timing" and "pricing" .

Note,

Please pay attention, it is not necessarily we do need these things from scratch we may use any ready to use and customize some of it , we need a solution not merely a website.

As for the budget and timing , as minimum as it can gets, in the shortest time possible. just to make things work well.

This is the website's features that we need :

- T Availability ( chosen by T)

- Schedule based on slots ( each slot is 30 min), time is in one zone standardized

- T profile/id/account

- S profile/id/account

- Notes to T (note section on T's profile)

- Lessons+levels

- Proving classes

- Zoom links (updated on the same slot so the previous one is deleted) by T

- After class T approval

- After class M double approval ( it is not affected by T approval however it is seen by the M what the T has chosen)

- every time the T confirm Success of the class the student go to the next lesson automatically ( so we follow up S last lesson)

- Payment based on M approval and it is shown on T account with every class and total, Reset once M Reset the total.

- Class status : S (success)[next lesson and counted for both) , TC (T cancellation)[same lesson not counted to any] , SC (S cancellation) [ counted to T only ], N ( nothing), T

- M notes to S or T ( classes compensations , absence or any notes, so M can refer back to it in this user profile, however it is only shown to the M)

- Number of classes and classes left is shown to S account based on the month (so S gets subscription of 8 classes per month, if he is finishing this number a number of months is recorded to be "the student finishes 1 month" so the next subscription becomes reset again to 0 classes ( but the lesson numbers and profile is adding up all lessons)

- S receive a reminder for the last two lessons to re-subscribe (payment) :

( for ex, S lesson is 12 lessons subscriptions, if he reaches 10 gets a reminder and 11 reminder and 12 reminder last class ( besides changing the S color cell on T availability solt),

- T uploead files ( feedback by order eith every class and it is saved on the S profile)

- M upload files to S

- S feedback about the T seen by M only

- Class reminder to the T + S (Telegram)

- Auto replies and responds and Q&A for T and S ( can be added by us unlimited replies)

- S profile : subscription ( class numbers, number of students per this S profile (we could have 2 students for example in the same profile/same classes together as one identity), phone number , email, starting level, starting lesson, our notes

- T Pay compensation ( used by M, we add payment to T, this suction has a note with every compensation)

- T rate based on each T + based on class status ( maybe cancelled class maybe successful each is on a different pay, M decides it)

- S notes : done by M and visual by M only
