The system is a lawyer aggregator software that links clients (users) with lawyers in one place and all services are done online. The software should be flexible and provide the admin with the ability to create custom things such as the creation of custom forms.

The system should have: 3 portals; Admin portal, Lawyer portal and User portal.

The system has a Consultation module and multiple other customized modules that the admin can create (it can be one module or 10 or more). So all those modules can be renamed at any time.

Consultations module:

This module will include all three user types: admin, lawyer and client/user as the lawyers will have access to this module.

The module will have the same functionality as a ticketing system but the only difference is that it will have access to a payment gateway.

The user will select the consultation module and will immediately see all lawyers participating in the portal (their pictures, names and their consultation price underneath). The user can of course see a brief about each lawyer when he clicks more details for example. When the user selects a specific lawyer, he will be directed to a form where he enters the subject, the type of consultation (list of values), its priority, description and upload documents related to the matter.

When the user clicks next, he will be directed to the payment gateway to pay for the service. Upon successful payment, he will have a reference number and an email with the details of his request and the number. The payment will remain in the admin’s bank account and when the lawyer replies and the user or the admin marks the service as closed, the lawyer’s fees will be transferred into his account and the admin will have his fees remaining in his account. The fees of each will be defined by the admin in the admin panel.

An email and SMS Will be sent upon each status change. Meaning that when creating the request, they will be sent to both the lawyer and the user. Then when the lawyer replies, the user will receive a notification by both email and SMS. Then if the customer replies or changes the request to resolved or closed, again an email and SMS Will be sent to the lawyer and so on and so forth.

The admin can enable the notification for each event so if the admin does not want the system to send notification in case of request submission, he can disable this event notification.

All other modules:

They will only utilize the admin and user portal as the lawyers will not be linked to them at all.

They will all have the same categorization scheme which is 3 levels of categorization: Category, sub category, form and each form is connected automatically with a template. The list of values as well as the form fields are fully customizable by the admin. So that when a customer selects a category (e.g. letters and contracts category) then selects the sub category (HR related) then selects the form (warning for absenteeism), they enter data into the said form then because the system already connects each field in the form with a field on the relative template, it will populate the form with the data submitted by the user. So in order to get the template (in this case warning letter), the customer has to pay the fees for the template (each template has its own price). Then the template will be sent via email and an SMS will be sent to him to notify him that it has been sent.

So the module is very easy; it has layers of categories and many forms connected to templates under them.

The fees here will be all sent to the admin bank account.
