Members Area

Allows the customer to view and edit details.

1. FR Address(unchangable) (Line 1 = Name/surname, Line 2 = Street Number and name, Line 3 = "Suite Number ***Customer Number*** Line 4 = Suburb/State/Postcode, Line 5 = Country)

2. Customer Number (Unchangeable field used to match items to the customer)

3. Forwarding Address (Changeable by customer)

4. Account Balance (allowing customer to top up account using CC)

5.Monthly membership automatic billing options

Waiting Delivery (Members Area)

This area listed under members will collect information about parcels that are awaiting to be sent.

1. Parcel Received (Date, Time)

2. Parcel ID (***Customer number***-1)

3. Parcel Details (Dimensions, Weight)

4. Postal company details (Name/Tracking Number of postage company sending goods to me).

5. Customer notes (description of goods in parcel)

6. Customs declaration form (details about what is in the parcel such as description of item, quantity and cost amount - user is then able to add more lines for each item in the parcel)

Sent Items (Members Area)

This are under the members are will list all parcels that have been forwarded to the customer, details listed on this page will include:-

1. Parcel Sent (Date, Time)

2. Parcel Details (Dimensions, Weight)

3. Postal company used to forward.

4. Postal companies tracking number.

5. Customer notes (description of goods in parcel)

6. Invoice details (package details, handling fee, postage cost, shipping details... ect...)

Administration Area

The administration area will require a username and password to access and will allow the following:-

1. Maintain shipping options (companies, shipping costs using dimension and sizes)

2. Maintain customers (edit customer details - Forwarding address, customer number)

3. Maintain parcels (assign incoming items to customer which parcel relates to specific box number)

4. Option to add and maintain additional services such as handling fee, repackaging parcel, consolidate parcels (These services then are displayed on items on the 'Waiting Delivery' page).

5. Maintain invoice layout.

7. Maintain customs declaration form (maintain form that customer are required to complete before sending parcel).

9. Maintain front page layout.

Administration should be able to review and change any information.
