• 3D Renderings and Perspectives for every room.
• MEP Systems Design: Including HVAC, Medical Gases, and Electrical systems.
• Medical Equipment Planning & Fixings: Including lighting layouts and all necessary equipment installation details.
• Engineering Calculations: Specifically cooling/electrical load calculations and maintaining Positive Pressure requirements within the Operating Rooms.
