Hello freelancers!

I have an existing WordPress website https://pickunit.com built using the Houzez Real Estate WordPress Theme (theme link). I am looking for an experienced WordPress designer/developer to update the site’s user experience, design, and functional flow to match the modern, mobile-friendly look and usability of OyoRooms.

Scope of Work

You will be responsible for:

Enhancing the visual design and structure of the homepage and internal pages to reflect the clean and intuitive layout of OyoRooms.

Organizing the following property sections with clear visual segmentation:

Property Types: Sale and Long-Term Rent

Residential: Apartments, Villas, Serviced Apartments (Prime + Resale Market)

Commercial/Administrative: Office/Medical Spaces (Prime + Resale Market)

Industrial Real Estate: Warehouses, Factories, Distribution Centers

Land Owners: Agricultural, Raw/Urban Land, Long Leases

MEGA Structures/Special Purpose: Malls, Hospitals, Schools, Museums, Government Buildings

Functional Requirements

User Account Management:

Register/Login (Email or SSO)

Profile management

Saved searches and property lists (tag-based)

Alerts & Notifications (email + site)

Private messaging system

Website General Features:

Search & Filter Properties

Browse Listings

Property comparison (up to 5)

Property Page with:

Detailed info (type, description, images, videos, virtual tours, legal/financial)

Maps and neighborhood info

Developer & social media links

Similar listings suggestions

Call-To-Actions (CTAs):

Schedule offline/online/onsite meetings

Live chat with agent

Book visit trip (with refundable 2000 EGP)

What I'm Looking For

Proven WordPress experience (ideally with Houzez or similar real estate themes)

Strong sense of modern UI/UX (must deliver OYO-style smoothness)

Ability to implement new custom flows using Houzez capabilities or additional plugins

Responsive/Mobile-first design

Fluent communication in English

Can deliver this project within 2–3 weeks

Extras (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

Familiarity with real estate workflows

Experience integrating custom booking/payment forms

SEO best practices
