Development Requirements

## Overview

This document outlines the requirements for transforming Whatsr into a fully functional SaaS application with Arabic RTL support.

## 1. Language & RTL Support

- Convert entire application UI to Arabic language

- Implement RTL layout support throughout the application

- Update all text content, placeholders, and messages to Arabic

- Ensure proper RTL styling for all components

## 2. Broadcasting Feature

### Requirements

- Integration with Phonebook and Templates

- Tag-based recipient selection

- Message scheduling capabilities

- Random delay settings

- Campaign monitoring

### Example Scenario

1. User wants to send a promotional message to all customers tagged as "VIP"

2. Steps:

- Select Broadcasting from menu

- Choose recipient tag(s) (e.g., #VIP)

- Select template message

- Configure sending parameters:

- Random delay: 5-15 seconds between messages

- Schedule: Immediate or future date/time

- Start campaign

3. Monitoring:

- Total messages sent/failed

- Failure reasons

- Campaign status

- Historical data

## 3. Followups Feature

### Requirements

- Full integration with Phonebook and Templates

- Multi-stage flow creation

- Tag-based targeting

- Time-based triggers

- Flow management interface

### Example Scenario: New Prospect Follow-up

1. Initial Setup:

- Save prospect in Phonebook with #prospect tag

- Create new flow "New Prospects Follow-up"

2. Flow Configuration:

Stage 1:

- Trigger: 24 hours after contact added

- Action: Send Template "Initial Follow-up"

Stage 2:

- Trigger: 3 days after Stage 1

- Action: Send Template "Product Information"

Stage 3:

- Trigger: 5 days after Stage 2

- Action: Send Template "Special Offer"

## 4. Enhanced AI Chatbot

### Requirements

- Basic/Premium modes

- Credit system integration

- Admin consultation feature

- File attachment support

- Tag-based exceptions

- Group chat restrictions
