A platform for secure monitoring and sharing of generic health data in the Cloud

The cloud provides convenient monitoring and evaluation of a patient's health while the patient

is in the comfort of his home and this requires sharing health information between healthcare

teams such as doctors and nurses in order to provide better and safer patient care.

This paper addresses privacy and security issues in mobile communications and cloud computing

by offering a remote care application that will allow doctors to monitor patients remotely via the

cloud.

The system was then used as a basis for displaying the model that would allow patients to share

their health information with medical staff in a safe and confidential manner, including key

features being able to handle large data volumes and efficient user cancellation..
