When the first instant noodles were introduced in Indonesia in 1969, they quickly occupied a great place among people due to their ease and speed of preparation. The product that was introduced for the first time from Indomie (chicken broth flavor) was at that time suited to the taste and taste of the Indonesian community.

In 1982, the sales of Indomie products increased significantly, and different flavors of Indomie were launched, including fried noodles. Indomie meals quickly spread in the Indonesian market, which captured about 70% of the shares of the instant noodle market in Indonesia. After that, Indomie launched and became popular in countries, the most important of which are: Turkey, Nigeria, Kenya, as well as all Arab countries, the most important of which are: Saudi Arabia, Syria, Iraq, Egypt, the Maghreb, Sudan, Yemen and the rest of the Arab countries.
