Sales & Operations Performance Analytics Project

This project delivers a comprehensive end-to-end data analysis of sales performance, product trends, customer behavior, and supply chain logistics for an e-commerce enterprise.

The structural blueprint of this repository emphasizes a data engineering-first pipeline. Python was leveraged purely as a lightweight ingestion tool to orchestrate the initial Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) phase, transferring raw data into a relational environment. The core operational heavy lifting—including all critical data cleaning, handling null values, and feature filtering—was executed entirely within SQL. The structured data was then connected to Power BI to model robust relationships, create interactive executive dashboards, and derive data-driven strategic recommendations.
