Online Leaning Managment System - Mercy Corps

- An online learning management system has done for Gaza Sky Geeks and Mercy Corps.

- This website was built using the Elementor page builder.

- The student can register and start taking courses, and once he finished the course he will take a certificate, he can download the certificate in PDF format.

- The system supports adding quizzes, exams, and assignments, with a lot of questions types, and can generate the exam randomly from questions database, and could also calculate the student result automatically.

- I set up the library for this client, so he can upload PDF files and books and make them available to the users and visitors.

- I created a special plugin to integrate the students’ information and activities with the client’s HubSpot database, so any new user will be registered to the HubSpot database. In addition, also any student registers a new course or finishes a course this activity will be registered on the HubSpot database using HubSpot properties.

- I created a special plugin to search, show and export students' information based on their custom fields data (like gender, address, year of birth, etc…) and based on their activities on the system. The exported reports are special Excel files, that are used by Mercy Corps reporters’ specialists and the files are preformatted as requested by Mercy Corps.

- I created a plugin to save custom email templates, and send them to students based on their activities on the system, and after a specific period that is specified in the email template settings. The website admin can select which students will receive the email based on their custom-fields data and the courses they had finished. For example, the website admin can save an email template to be sent to any female student who is 23 years old, after one month of finishing the management course.

- I also took a long term maintenance contract with them to monitor students’ data and fix any updates issues.
