Sunday is the perfect day for Self-care time. Well, if you don't work on weekends like me. Usually, I still run quite a bit everywhere on Saturdays. I try to finish my to-do for the week to be more relaxed on Sunday.

I try to make Sunday different. In the already busy weeks, I know I need some time for myself to feel good. Lately, I've been dealing with big drops in morale. Call it what you want: seasonal fatigue, covid vibe. The lack of sun…I am often tired and I lack energy and desire for many things. As long as it's only a passing state, I know it's normal. No one can be happy all the time, no matter all the self-help books. But it's important to be sensitive to these changes and to know yourself well enough to know what to do. Personally, taking care of myself on a Self Care Sunday goes through a few little habits that make me feel good.
