Bugs system and Tasks

- Manager can add project and add tasks or bugs in the project

- Manager can assign a bug or task to any employee

- When an employee finishes a task or solves a bug can change the status to (done) - and send it to the manager to review it and has permission to change the status to follow up at any time chosen

- Manager when review Bug can change the status to (finish) and write a comment about the bug.
