Storage techniques of energy, such as grid-level large-scale electrical energy

storage (GLEES), play a very important role in balancing the supply and demand of generating, distributing and using of electricity. GLEES is the process of transforming the energy from a grid-scale power network into a storable form that can be transformed back to electrical energy when needed. GLEES decreases the investment in power grid structure, and assures the safe and stable process of the power grid system. In contrast, traditional energy storage technologies are usually less efficient, cost much, and have site-dependent problems.
