scientific research about FinFET based transistor switches and their application in VLSI - Comparison with CMOS technology

FinFET is a non-planar dual gate transistor used in silicon architecture to improve computational density over traditional designs and FinFET is radical new transistor architecture, FinFET design also known as a tri-gate permits high performance gain even with the smaller gate electrode lengths president advanced technology nodes it accomplishes this by wrapping the gate electrode around the conducting silicon channel and in so doing provides superior electrostatic control over the channel. Finally we required it because of it’ve short channel leakage like DIBL, increase in static leakage, better control over current flow, better scalability and low power consumption.
