Sakanak — UI/UX Case Study
Sakanak is a mobile housing platform designed to make finding a suitable apartment in a new city easier, safer, and less overwhelming.
The project started with a simple question:
Why does finding a place to live have to be so difficult?
Through user research, surveys, interviews, personas, empathy mapping, user journeys, competitor analysis, information architecture, and wireframing, I explored the challenges people face when searching for housing in unfamiliar cities.
The goal was to transform a scattered and frustrating search experience into a clear, organized, and user-friendly journey — from discovering suitable apartments to saving and managing preferred options.
As a UI/UX Designer, I worked on the UX research and design process, information architecture, wireframes, and the final mobile UI, focusing on usability, clarity, and a visual identity that feels trustworthy and approachable.
