RivalLens turns competitors' public websites into clear, evidence-backed insight. It captures each watched page on desktop and mobile on a schedule, detects what actually changed and ignores noise like rotating testimonials or dates. Google Gemini then explains each change in plain language: what changed, why it matters to your product, and what to look into next.

It goes beyond a simple "page changed" alert. RivalLens pulls structured pricing out of pricing pages and tracks it over time, groups related changes into strategic events, keeps a living battlecard for each competitor up to date, and spots patterns across competitors as opportunities to investigate. Every AI statement links back to before/after screenshots, and when there is no evidence the app says "Unknown" instead of guessing.

My role: I designed and built the whole platform: architecture, database and security, background job pipeline, browser automation, AI integration and the dashboard UI. It is covered by 200+ automated tests.
