I developed an interactive **Power BI Sales Performance Dashboard** designed to provide a comprehensive view of sales performance across products, categories, manufacturers, customer segments, provinces, and time.

**Project Highlights:**

* Imported, transformed, and prepared the sales data using **Power Query**

* Cleaned and structured the dataset to ensure data quality and consistency for analysis

* Built a structured **data model** to support different levels of sales analysis

* Developed key **DAX measures** for business performance analysis, including:

* Total Revenue

* Total Units Sold

* Total Products

* Total Manufacturers

* Revenue per Unit

* Designed **KPI Cards** to provide an executive-level overview of key performance indicators

* Created **Revenue Trend Analysis** to monitor sales performance and identify changes over time

* Analyzed revenue performance across different **Provinces, Categories, Segments, and Manufacturers**

* Created dynamic **Top 5 Products by Revenue** analysis to identify the highest-performing products

* Developed **Top 10 Manufacturers by Revenue** to compare manufacturer performance

* Added interactive **Slicers and Filters** for Year, Province, Category, and Segment

* Designed interactive charts and visuals to make sales trends and performance comparisons easier to understand

* Focused on a clean, structured, and user-friendly dashboard layout for efficient business analysis
