This is a full-stack constituent-services management platform, likely for a public official's or representative's office (an MP's, governor's, or similar office fielding citizen requests). It has two sides working together: a .NET backend (ASP.NET Core, CQRS/MediatR, EF Core) that owns the business logic, authorization, and data, and a frontend dashboard (the Arabic RTL admin UI we saw) that staff and management actually use day to day.
On the product side, the system tracks incoming citizen requests/complaints and routes them by specialty — health-file cases, ministries and governorate liaison, major hospitals, health-file complaints, social media and event/site management — with each employee owning a lane. Employees have their own view of their caseload and stats; Admins and Deputies get an office-wide view across everyone.
