Smart Design is a responsive web application built using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 5, and JavaScript.

The project provides a customizable user experience with features such as random background colors, settings panel, color options, navigation bullets, and smooth scrolling between sections.

It was designed to practice DOM manipulation, JavaScript interactions, responsive design, and reusable UI components.
