### Description

This ticket is dedicated to a couple of tasks that require manual input.

### Circles Task

Create a **3 × 9 grid**, similar to the attached image.

The goal is to allow users to draw **circles only** inside the grid boxes.

The code must ensure that:

- Each circle is positioned **exactly in the center of its corresponding grid box**, with no horizontal or vertical shifting.

- User input determines the circle’s color.

- Circles **cannot be drawn outside the grid boundaries**.

- The circle must remain fully contained within its designated grid box.
