ASMIP – Smart Manufacturing Data Analysis & BI Dashboard

ASMIP (Smart Manufacturing Analytics & Monitoring Platform) is a data analysis and Business Intelligence project designed to analyze and monitor manufacturing operations.

The project covers different areas of the manufacturing business, including production, sales, inventory, purchasing, maintenance, energy consumption, and quality.

I worked on preparing and analyzing the data using Python and SQL, then built an interactive Power BI report containing multiple dashboards to monitor KPIs and provide a clear view of the overall business performance.

The dashboards help analyze production performance, sales, inventory levels, maintenance activities, energy consumption, and quality metrics, with different KPIs and visualizations for each area.
