A fully automated n8n workflow that:

Reads contacts from an n8n Data Table containing company names, emails, source tags, and send status

Filters & batches records by Status = "To Send" with a configurable daily send limit

Generates personalized emails using a Code node that dynamically adjusts greetings and company references based on whether the recipient is a corporate HR contact or an individual

Downloads the latest CV directly from Dropbox

Sends HTML + plain-text emails via SMTP with professional formatting
