Youd Village – Ras Al Hikma | 2025

Youd Village is a low-rise residential development located in Ras Al Hikma, designed with a contemporary architectural approach that emphasizes spatial clarity, human scale, and environmental responsiveness. The project consists of repetitive residential blocks organized to create coherent façades and well-defined semi-private outdoor spaces.

The architectural design focuses on solid–void relationships, deep balconies, and shading elements to enhance thermal comfort and control sunlight exposure. Neutral material palettes and clean geometric lines are used to achieve visual continuity while maintaining a strong architectural identity. Landscape integration plays a key role in defining circulation paths and enhancing the overall spatial experience.
