A sophisticated mobile application built with Flutter, functioning as a comprehensive dashboard to monitor, archive, and synchronize device notifications and SMS messages in the background. The app is designed to provide a smart solution for tracking notifications accurately, featuring an advanced filtering engine and seamless, secure integration with external APIs.

Smart Notification Logger: Intercepts and reads specified system notifications, securely saving them to a local database for future reference.

SMS Filtering Engine: An advanced system allowing users to create custom "filter rules" (e.g., specific sender, contains a keyword, or starts with specific text) that can be easily toggled on or off.

Apps Monitoring: Scans installed applications on the device, retrieves their icons and data, and allows users to precisely select which apps' notifications to track.

Cloud Sync: A secure system to connect the app to external servers via customizable Base URLs and Activation Codes for targeted notification synchronization.

Background Services: Capable of running silently in the background to capture notifications and messages without requiring the app to be open or active.

Built with a strict focus on Clean Code architecture and maximum performance (60 FPS), highlighting advanced Flutter concepts:

Professional Theming Engine: A fully dynamic design system supporting Light and Dark modes using ThemeExtension. It features a highly creative and flawless "Circular Reveal Animation" (inspired by Telegram) for theme transitions, built entirely from scratch without third-party packages.

Ultra-Fast Static Caching: Advanced state management architecture that eliminates screen jank. It instantly renders cached data (in 0ms) during theme or language switches, avoiding unnecessary loading spinners and CPU overhead.

Custom Painters & Hardware Acceleration: UI elements like grid backgrounds and circular progress arcs are built purely with code (CustomPainters) rather than heavy images, utilizing RepaintBoundary to offload rendering to the GPU and ensure butter-smooth animations.

Seamless Localization: Full support for English and Arabic with instant and flawless transitions between LTR (Left-to-Right) and RTL (Right-to-Left) layouts.
